The Challenge
Hearing assessment workflows are usually expensive, fixed-location, and difficult to run in mobile or remote care contexts. The product needed role-based flows, calibration, reporting, and safe local records.
- Audiometry workflows needed to work outside fixed clinical hardware setups.
- Patients, audiologists, and admins required different permissions and guided screens.
- Calibration, local records, reports, and cloud sync had to be designed carefully for validation.
The MoonArc Solution
System Architecture
Built a Flutter app with patient, audiologist, and admin roles; AC screening; BC diagnostic flows; calibration profiles; audiograms; PDF reports; encrypted Drift storage; Firebase Auth; and Firestore sync.
Operational Interface
A mobile-first clinical interface for screening, diagnostic review, calibration, audiograms, PDF reports, local records, and secure sync.
Clinical Flow
AC screening, BC diagnostic paths, audiogram outputs, notes, and recommendations are separated by role.
Secure Records
Encrypted local storage, Firebase Auth, Firestore sync, consent records, and report snapshots support validation.
The Execution
Phase 01: Workflow Design
Mapped patient screening, audiologist diagnostics, admin verification, calibration, and report generation.
Phase 02: Mobile Build
Built Flutter screens, Riverpod state, GoRouter navigation, Drift local storage, audio flows, and PDFs.

Prepared the foundation for calibration checks, clinical review, secure sync, and future AI assistance.
